building on your strengths

Organizations are complex systems. Yet their organizing principles are simple.

Are you conscious of the patterns that make you successful? What about the ones that are limiting you?

What opportunities does knowing the full potential of your team or organization bring you?

(healthy relations, cooperation, quality and productivity, satisfied customer, natural growth …)

Cultivating the whole person at work – not just the employee. Cultivating the team – not just the sum of individuals. Cultivating healthy relations for sustainable organization’s success.

your potential

Fully developing individual or team potential means developing what is already present, but not yet tangible.

When you live your potential, you experience a sense of usefulness, fulfillment, and joy. You perceive that you play a valuable role in the team/organization, which is important for the whole. The things you do and the relationships you have give you energy.

Imagine the mood in an organization that allows its people to fully develop their potential and is able to create a sense of unity … A place where people meet people.

how we work

We accompany you in discovering your own talents and developing systemic perception.

We are your partner in developing your strengths and systemic leadership. Having the ability to lead a team/organization as a whole (systemically) means promoting the health of the organization. Organizational health is the ability of a system (organization/team) to respond sustainably to volatile changes and external stimuli.

We are strengths coaches certified by GALLUP for using the CliftonStrengths® tool. It is a useful tool for self-awareness when working with individuals and teams. Building on strengths means using the present potential, understanding one’s motivation and the motivation of team members, understanding needs, and using differences for cooperation, as well as understanding shadows or blind spots. This is how you increase mutual understanding, build healthy relationships, and enable an environment where people meet people.

Knowing the strengths of individuals and teams is a great foundation for applying a systemic-phenomenological approach when further working with your topics. This means looking for solutions in the whole – in the system which you are a part of and at the same time working with the present symptoms and patterns of behavior. Systemic perception in individual or team coaching minimizes waste – time and resources spent on finding solutions. For systemic work, we also use TeamConnect team diagnostics, for which we are a certified partner.

Authentic Individual
Self-awareness is the basis of personal growth. Knowing your own strengths and working with them means making the best use of your own potential, not only at work but also in other areas. We will guide you through the results of your CliftonStrengths® talent profile to better grasp your authentic experience. By knowing your worth, your own needs and managing your blind spots, you will enable yourself to be more engaged and productive and experience a high quality of life.
Leading others authentically means understanding yourself and knowing your own leadership style. It also means using your own strengths to build trust and relationships, to have and communicate clear expectations, create a safe space for learning and growth, perceive diversity from the point of view of its contribution, be interested and listen even to what is not said, and support the use of the potential of each individual. The drive and energy of a leader are key in building high-performing teams.
Systemic coaching looks at the situation of the coachee in the context of the system in which the client operates. It looks for answers to what the present symptom can be a solution to. Such an understanding creates a path from exclusion to active acceptance. Knowing your own strengths is a good basis for understanding existing patterns of behavior and finding a solution.
When leading individuals or teams, coaching has proven to be an effective way to maximize the present potential for achieving results. In this training, you will get to know the methodology, you will learn how to apply it in practice, and how to work with your own attitudes so that they serve you. Experiential exercises will allow you to learn to coach directly through your specific situations. All in line with ICF (International Coach Federation) competencies, using a systemic approach and following your personal leadership style.
We help you create a safe and structured forum to aid new leaders (or leaders joining a new team) with their respective team members. Gain insights on how best to work with each other, and together engage and drive business outcomes. A climate of openness accelerates trust between a new leader and his/her team, helps to clarify expectations and aspirations, and builds a greater sense of shared purpose for the team. You can find more information about the program here.
Well-functioning Team
Use the hidden potential of your team or organization. TeamConnect team diagnostics will allow you to understand the dynamics and patterns of behavior that make you successful, but also those that prevent the flow of team potential. You can find more about diagnostics here.
High-performing teams are focused on their goals and embrace diversity. Whether your team is a temporary project or operations team, each individual benefits from understanding others’ strengths. When teams are able to use a common language of strengths, it has a positive impact on conversations and boosts engagement. By discovering your team profile, we help you understand how and to whom to delegate effectively and navigate to excellence by leveraging the collective talent of your team.
We partner with your team to identify objectives and ideal takeaways from a team coaching engagement. We guide the team on designing its own development plan and identifying needs for effective collaboration. We enable teams to discover their own solutions based on what’s natural to the team. We use tools that support ongoing team development and help sustain improvements made.
By team building, we don’t mean organizing fun/sports activities but rather connecting team members through activities that help them discover and appreciate each other’s strengths, realize and address their needs, and together find ways for more effective collaboration. Leaders play a crucial role in team building by creating an environment of trust, happiness, stability, and hope.
Thriving Organization
In your role as managers/leaders/coaches to further develop the strengths of people in your organization, we will pass on our knowledge and experience to you through the Academy. You will take away practical procedures and methodology on using strengths in everyday situations, such as delegation, feedback, development interview, decision-making, conflict resolution, and teamwork… In addition, you will learn to work with the manifestations of strengths in coaching interviews. Learn more about the Academy here.

As an experienced leader, you know exactly how to lead your organization and team economically, financially, and commercially. But are you experiencing the full potential of the whole, which is made up of its individual parts? From your people, from your organization, from yourself? Systemic leadership means leading a team or organization (system) as a whole. It will allow you to continue your role as a leader with a dose of new inspiration and energy. It is an effective extension to your current leadership style.

More about the Systemic Leadership program here.

Every system and therefore every organization is in constant contact with change. Changing something often means continuing to exist or grow. However, it is not always easy to make a change or transformation in an organization consciously and effectively. We will help you grasp the process of change systemically correctly and thus prevent unnecessary waste of energy or resources. Together we will look at what has the greatest potential to be transformed and how.

When merging, not only the economic, legal, or business environment of companies but also the internal culture must be prepared. We will partner with you to ensure the implementation of the acquisition/merger is done right also from the employee experience and on the organization level. The key to this is the three basic principles leading to the creation of a functional organization and its sustainability.

Many organizations understand that investing in people’s talent pays off. Having a strong talent management approach requires understanding who you have in the organization as the first step. This allows you to see where the opportunity for growth lies and what you might be missing in the organization. Transparent talent management ensures not only trust but also the desire of participants to be a vital part of it. Such an approach to talent development also contributes to people’s loyalty to the employer. We partner with you to support the talent you have in your organization. We always combine proven methods and practical experience with your talent management purpose.

BUILT ON CliftonStrengths® (GALLUP) AND SYSTEMIC PRINCIPLES

Individual aware of their own value and needs has a solid base to be the best version of himself/herself and the effective part of the team.  A strength-based team is a group of imperfect but talented contributors who are valued for their strengths and who need one another to realize individual and team excellence. In such an environment, people feel part of the whole and the organization can grow.
