Knowing the strengths of individuals and teams is a great foundation for applying a systemic-phenomenological approach<\/strong><\/span> when further working with your topics. This means looking for solutions in the whole \u2013 in the system which you are a part of and at the same time working with the present symptoms and patterns of behavior.
