LEADING OTHERS THROUGH CULTIVATION OF MY LEADERSHIP STRENGTHS AND SYSTEMIC PERCEPTION

LEADING OTHERS THROUGH CULTIVATION OF MY LEADERSHIP STRENGTHS AND SYSTEMIC PERCEPTION
8. April 2022 Petra Fusková

This program approved by International Coaching Federation is developing your self-awareness as an important foundation in your role as a coach, leader, or manager. In this program, you will gain an understanding of your unique strengths and available resources. Through practical exercises, you will get an insight into how you apply them in your daily situations. You will better understand how they contribute to your relations as well as how they might hinder you. By looking through systemic lenses (listening and perceiving) you can access the invisible field of information. Becoming conscious of 3 systemic principles will allow you to broaden your perspective of possible solutions.

Target audience

Managers and Leaders using coaching in their leadership style. Coaches and other professionals working with human potential. The program is for everyone who understands that leading self is a prerequisite for leading others.
